Erin Hedman-Sime2022-09-28We sought services for my two year old shortly after his second birthday. Kenda was incredibly responsive and since he's been going to speech therapy weekly for the past three months, he has developed a huge vocabulary. Early intervention is key. We are getting close to discharge because he started speech so early and his progress has been amazing. Listen to your gut and advocate for your child's needs!
Izze Johnson2021-12-02Miss Kenda is the best! She was referred to us by a family friend and my son has been seeing her for weekly therapy for several months. We have seen huge improvements with his delayed speech and will be coming to a stop with our visits soon. Although I’m happy that my son will soon no longer need the extra support we are sad to say goodbye. My son lights up when he sees Miss Kenda. She has gone above and beyond for our family and I would recommend her a hundred times over as she is incredibly caring and very knowledgable.
David Bruder2021-08-08My daughter just graduated Ms. Kendal’s speech program after over a year. The improvements have been amazing. My daughter went from no one being able to understand her, to actively pronouncing every known word correctly and asking how to pronounce any new words. I wish I could give 10 stars!
Ayalen & Ndokari Aboki2021-02-23Our daughter has shown amazing progress on her communication skills since she started therapy at Waseca Integrated Therapy. Ms Kenda has been God sent to our family. She is very thorough on designing an individualized plan that will get the most results out of each session. In just 4 months our pre-teen daughter has gain confidence when she speaks. We see the changes at home, and with every social interaction she has. Ms Kenda has listened to us, her parents, and just as she is careful to consider our daughter’s medical history, she has also listened to our input as well as our daughter’s, and she has proposed a wholesome plan accounting for every detail. She is not just very respectful as a professional but she also accommodates for our family specific schedule and needs. Our daughter loves to see Ms Kenda and to learn alongside her.
Cara Dickerson2020-10-05I could not be more pleased with the services my son has received from Waseca Integrated Therapy. I was very concerned with my sons speech when he was not in school when covid hit, we then found Waseca Integrated Therapy and he went through all the testing which was a huge help for us with him. He now sees her twice and week and has been amazing with him. He looks forward to going to speech he thinks it is fun which is a pick plus for a 11 year. We are so pleased will everything she has done for our son. Amazing place and hope others use her services.

Our 4-year-old has been working with her this summer and we have seen a huge improvement in his speech in just a short time! He absolutely loves going and I've learned so much too on how to help!

We have noticed huge speech corrections at home from our children in a short amount of time. Highly recommend!

My son loves the play based environment that she offers. He is so excited to have speech with her, that he asks daily if he can see Miss Kenda!
